The ambiance and atmosphere is fresh, airy and friendly. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Check in was fairly easy and quick. Parking accessible in a very good clean location. If you read the negative reviews you can tell that people have personal issues and nothing wrong with the hotel. The area is very busy and we felt very safe at all time. The breakfast is very clean but simple. The beds, and the sheets were very clean and very comfortable. Really, other than the bathroom door being glass which makes the light bright in the room, the hotel is one of the best in the area.

This was a door dash food delivery, so I can't comment on too much. The property was clean and the atmosphere in the lobby was up beat and welcoming. The parking lot had good lighting in the evening. I'd stay here if I were to be traveling?

We stayed here Nov 4-5. The 2 Natalie’s at the counter were fantastic! They were very helpful with giving ideas of what to do and were to eat. The hotel was in a great location-close to tons of restaurants, stores and local attractions. Hotel was also very well maintained.

Very clean and up to date. It had a nice modern look but homey feel to it. Beautiful hotel I would definitely stay again

We stay at Hyatt any time we can. This is one of our favorite Hyatt Place properties. The lobby is beautiful, there's a hot tub, great location right off the freeway, and things within walking distance.

This is one of the best Hyatt category 1 hotels there is. It's clean, up to date, and we'll kept. We were wholly pleased with our stay and would stay again without doubt.

Don’t plan to sleep any if you stay here. The hotel faces the highway and along the on ramp so literally all night and day you get every truck car 18 wheeler gunning it to get on the highway. It’s almost impressive how loud it is in my room even with a sound machine on full blast. It’s louder in this room than if I was in Times Square. Super disappointed because I’m here for work and slept maybe 4 hours. If you enjoy 18 wheelers shaking your room and keeping you up all night then this is the place for you. Also they weren’t even busy so why would you put a customer in the room closest to the highway instead of the parking lot side?
